The Role

• The role will shape itself around your experience and at whatever level you come in, you will be developed and encouraged to get to the next level
• You will be involved in investigating alternative strategies and recommendations and continue to strengthen the relationship with the clients
• Manage client relationships, provide exemplary service and assist to promote the efficiency and effectiveness of advice

What we need

• Some experience within a Financial Planning environment
• Experience in an business with a broad range of clients is helpful
• Be passionate about servicing clients and interested in an opportunity for the long term
• An understanding of compliance, technical knowledge around legislative and regulatory requirements as a basis 
• Strong sense of professionalism and a client-centric approach
• Commercial mindset, forward thinking and a willingness to embrace automation and AI
