Junior Architect

Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the design and development of architectural plans and drawings using AutoCAD and Google SketchUp.
2. Work closely with senior architects to create 3D models and renderings using Lumion.
3. Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss design concepts and proposals.
4. Conduct research and analysis on building materials, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
5. Collaborate with project teams to coordinate design elements and ensure timely completion of projects.
6. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
7. Stay up-to-date on latest trends and technologies in architecture and design to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
