Junior Analyst

About the Role

Reporting to the ERP team, you’ll play a key role in supporting users and maintaining the Pronto Xi system, while developing your technical and functional ERP capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with systems, and supporting business users in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide first-level support for Pronto Xi users across the business
• Troubleshoot system issues and user errors
• Escalate complex problems to senior ERP specialists or vendors

User Support & Training

• Assist users with system navigation and day-to-day transactions
• Support onboarding and training of new employees on ERP processes

Data Management

• Maintain and update key system data, including customers, suppliers, inventory, and pricing
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across the ERP platform

Reporting & Insights

• Generate operational and financial reports
• Assist stakeholders with data extraction and reporting requests

System Maintenance & Improvement

• Support testing of system updates and enhancements
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Documentation

• Create and maintain clear process documentation and user guides

About You

You’re an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in ERP systems and business applications.

You will bring:

• Basic understanding of ERP systems (Pronto experience highly regarded)
• Knowledge of business processes such as inventory, purchasing, or finance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder support skills
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn

Desirable:

• Exposure to SQL or reporting tools
• Experience with Pronto Xi modules (Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing)
• Internship or junior experience in IT, systems, or business analysis
