Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record and maintain financial transactions accurately in Sage 50.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of accounting experience.
- Practical working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting Software is mandatory.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
