Job Description

Responsibilities

• Social Media Design: Design high-engaging creatives, including Instagram carousels, static posts, story layouts, and thumbnail graphics for GoKreativ and client handles.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Social Media Executive to understand design briefs, brainstorm visual concepts, and turn text ideas into impactful designs.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain the visual identity, color palettes, and typography guidelines across various client accounts to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Asset Management: Organize design source files and export assets in correct formats and dimensions required for different digital platforms.
• Basic Motion Design (Bonus): Create simple animations, GIF transitions, or basic video edits for Reels/Shorts when needed.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of experience. A strong portfolio showcasing digital/social media design work is mandatory.
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with Figma or basic video editing software (Premiere Pro/After Effects/CapCut) is a huge plus.
• Design Fundamentals: Good understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and contemporary digital design trends.
• Soft Skills: Open to feedback, eager to learn, and able to meet daily deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Location: Based in Bangalore, working from home. Must have a reliable workstation (computer/laptop capable of handling design software) and a stable internet connection.
