Job Summary – Module Lead
We are seeking a skilled Server-Side Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems that power our applications. You will collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance services.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage robust server-side logic, databases, and background processes.
· Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
· Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
· Write clean, testable, and efficient code using modern backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Spring Boot).
· Work closely with DevOps to automate deployments and monitor server health.
· Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture decisions.
· Troubleshoot and debug production issues.
Required Skills and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 6-8 years of hands-on backend development experience.
· Strong proficiency in one or more backend languages: Java, Python.
· Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
· Proficient in working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
· Solid understanding of API design, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
· Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Soft Skills
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
