Job Description:

• Translating UI/UX wireframes and visual designs to efficient frontend application code
• Delivery of software applications of high quality, on schedule, and within agreed scope
• Manage requirements and scope as part of the agile process, where applicable
• Follow and improve software development processes, including agile processes. Learning never stops
• Assist recruitment of senior software engineers and software engineers
• Actively participate in all team meetings and discussions
• Engage the business stakeholders directly involved in the project
• Deliver software solutions to complex requirements
• Work individually and in virtual teams
• Contribute to outcomes in a dynamic, customer focused team
• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX design
• Write efficient, clean, tested and documented code ready for reuse by others
• Optimizing application for maximum speed and scalability across various platforms and devices
• Participating in tool and technology selection processes and creating proof of concept models for new technologies and approaches
• Formulate the technical design and evaluate effort estimates
• Coordinate with back-end developers
• Experience in working with Agile team on Sprint or Kanban methodologies.
