About the Role
Kickstart your IT career as an IT Technician Trainee! In this junior role, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants to implement and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions while gaining hands-on experience and Microsoft certifications. We’re looking for a motivated graduate with a can-do attitude who’s eager to learn and grow in cloud consulting.

Qualifications
You’ll receive paid study time while completing a nationally accredited Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking) and recognised Microsoft certifications.

Duties

  • Configure and support Microsoft Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offerings around Computer, Storage, Network.
  • Configure and support Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Configure and support Windows 11 client deployment for cloud and on-premises management.
  • Handle any follow up technical issues and participate in the resolution of these issues through to completion.
  • Report updates and communicate project updates diligently within the project timelines.
  • Communicate updates and progress to Project Managers and Team Leads.
  • Build relationships with customers to maintain a good customer feedback.
