Job Description

This role provides hands-on variety and is a genuine stepping stone into long-term IT career opportunities at Unisys.

Key responsibilities

· Perform service calls across a wide range of IT equipment

· Carry out basic installations and upgrades

· Provide hardware break-fix, troubleshooting, and component replacement

· Complete installs, moves, adds, and changes in client environments

· Provide desk side support for personal computers and associated software

· Support printers and low-end servers as required

· Handle routine, non-complex technical problems and escalate where needed

· Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service throughout each interaction

What we’re looking for

· A+ certification or equivalent (highly regarded)

· Strong knowledge of desktop hardware

· Basic troubleshooting and repair ability, with hands-on toolkit experience
