Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a IT Technician. This role involves providing technical support, repairing computer hardware and mobile phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to users in-person in shop.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist with network security and internet connectivity problems in the office and onsite customer location
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A+ certification or equivalent experience preferred.
