Job Description

The position requires strong analytical skills, customer service orientation and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide responsive Level 1 helpdesk support to end users (remote and onsite), diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues across multiple client environments, escalating complex matters when required.

· Manage user accounts, access permissions and password administration within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.

· Monitor system performance and assist in maintaining client environments using monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix) under the direction of senior technical staff.

· Provide structured guidance to users during troubleshooting processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

· Assist in system upgrades, software rollouts and testing of updates prior to deployment

· Identify and coordinate replacement of faulty hardware components to maintain operational continuity.

· Maintain documentation of IT assets, site configurations and support activities using internal systems (e.g., IT Glue).

· Assist in project rollouts, including Active Directory user environment deployments and endpoint configuration across supported sites.

· Perform patch management, monitor backup processes and ensure adherence to company cybersecurity policies and Standard Operating Environment (SOE) protocols.

· Deliver daily technical support services across multiple client sites within a managed services environment.

· Liaise with third-party vendors and internal service managers to facilitate the timely resolution of technical issues and collaborate with regional IT teams and service managers.

· Participate in project work and disaster recovery actions.

· Administered iOS and MacOS on Apple devices

· Maintained and supported IT infrastructure across all client sites.

· Ensured proper backup configurations and adherence to IT Dynamics policies.
