About the Role: As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in managing service requests from our clients in the professional services industry. What We’re Looking For:

  • A Certificate IV, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related field from an Australian institution.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • A love for learning and a keen interest in completing industry-based certifications.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving.
  • A well-presented individual with a driver’s licence.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure, along with relevant certifications.
  • Australian citizenship (including NZ citizenship) or permanent residency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform remote troubleshooting with end users.
  • Determine the best solutions based on the issues and details provided by customers.
  • Guide customers through the problem-solving process.
  • Provide accurate information on products or services.
  • Record events, problems, and their resolutions in our case management system and knowledge base.
  • Follow up and update customer status and information.
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions from customers to the appropriate internal team.
  • Conduct periodic onsite visits to client sites.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures.
