Job Description

A day in the life

As an IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN, you’ll be part of a friendly and supportive IT team that keeps our systems running smoothly. Your daily tasks may include:

  • Responding to and resolving IT support tickets
  • Setting up and configuring hardware such as laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
  • Installing and updating software applications
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding users
  • Supporting network, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting
  • Maintaining and updating IT documentation and guides
  • Helping with inventory and asset tracking
  • Participating in ongoing IT projects and upgrades
  • Required to be part of the on-call roster (once every few weeks)
  • Store setup and travel opportunities

  • Willing to learn and eager to grow your IT knowledge
  • A clear communicator who’s comfortable helping people at all levels
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive
  • Interested in technology and solving problems

Nice to have (but not essential for success):

  • Familiar with Windows and/or macOS environments
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g. IP, DNS)
  • Exposure to tools like Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or ticketing systems
  • Experience configuring PC/Mobile hardware
