Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Provide IT support across a range of technical issues, from basic troubleshooting to complex problem resolution
  • Manage and triage customer requests
  • Document and prioritize tickets effectively using our Helpdesk system
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven IT support experience (Service Desk/Triage, Level 1, or Level 2)
  • Previous helpdesk or IT support experience will be highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general IT environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable – you show up on time and ready to deliver
