Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Provide IT support across a range of technical issues, from basic troubleshooting to complex problem resolution
- Manage and triage customer requests
- Document and prioritize tickets effectively using our Helpdesk system
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
What We’re Looking For
- Proven IT support experience (Service Desk/Triage, Level 1, or Level 2)
- Previous helpdesk or IT support experience will be highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and general IT environments
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable – you show up on time and ready to deliver
