Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level IT support, primarily focused on hardware (laptops, mobile phones, networks, printers, AV equipment)
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including equipment setup and reimaging
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ad-hoc technical issues
  • Deliver support services to other ANZ sites remotely
  • Offer high-quality VIP support where needed
  • Configure and install hardware/software systems
  • Plan and manage day-to-day local IT operations
  • Report service levels and performance to the IT leadership team
  • Deliver online and in-person training for new employees

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must have full Australian working rights
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in an IT support/helpdesk or similar technical role
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, AV equipment, and networks
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to manage third-party vendors when required
  • Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently and within a global team
