Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level IT support, primarily focused on hardware (laptops, mobile phones, networks, printers, AV equipment)
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes including equipment setup and reimaging
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad-hoc technical issues
- Deliver support services to other ANZ sites remotely
- Offer high-quality VIP support where needed
- Configure and install hardware/software systems
- Plan and manage day-to-day local IT operations
- Report service levels and performance to the IT leadership team
- Deliver online and in-person training for new employees
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have full Australian working rights
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in an IT support/helpdesk or similar technical role
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, AV equipment, and networks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage third-party vendors when required
- Positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently and within a global team
