Job Description

As an IT Service Desk Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting companies by providing frontline technical assistance. Typical tasks may include:

• Responding to IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Assisting with system installations, updates, and configurations
• Escalating complex issues to senior IT staff when required
• Documenting solutions and maintaining service desk records

Knowledge & Skills
