Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for DC warehouse, retail, and corporate users
- Deliver support across business systems and applications
- Support Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange environments
- Prioritise, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs
- Proactively escalate and manage issues with third-party vendors
- Support Distribution Centre and retail operations to minimise downtime and disruption
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
- Assist with system training and confidently guide users through IT processes
- Identify opportunities to improve IT support processes and customer experience
About you:
- IT qualification or relevant course completed
- Confident communicator with a strong customer-service mindset
- Comfortable being the first point of contact for IT support
- Able to prioritise tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
