Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide IT support for DC warehouse, retail, and corporate users
  • Deliver support across business systems and applications
  • Support Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange environments
  • Prioritise, manage, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed SLAs
  • Proactively escalate and manage issues with third-party vendors
  • Support Distribution Centre and retail operations to minimise downtime and disruption
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Assist with system training and confidently guide users through IT processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve IT support processes and customer experience

About you: 

  • IT qualification or relevant course completed
  • Confident communicator with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Comfortable being the first point of contact for IT support
  • Able to prioritise tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
