• Provides formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team(s) to ensure timely and effective project execution
• Responsible for employee development, coaching, and ongoing performance management
• Plans and directs the installation of Information Technology projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas
• Leads and coordinates technology projects with business partners to deliver IT capabilities and solutions aligned with enterprise objectives
• Ensures successful execution of project roadmaps, budget management, and stakeholder alignment while mitigating risks and optimizing resources
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
• Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes

• Manages stakeholder relationships, provides executive-level project oversight, and leads the continuous improvement of IT governance frameworks
• Has strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required
• 6-10 years of experience leading IT projects, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing technical implementations
• Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform)
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Experience in Agile project management, IT governance, financial forecasting, and strategic planning preferred
