The Role

The IT Officer provides first and second level remote operational Systems support and ensures the delivery of quality IT services. Involving a high-volume of interaction with external vendors, internal customers and employees, this full-time opportunity is integral to the Crown IT Department. The role works to ensure that the Crown Group receives optimal business value and ongoing user confidence and satisfaction of customers.

To be considered for this role, you must have unrestricted working rights and be available to work over a 24/7 roster, including shifts on the weekends, overnights, and public holidays.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Management of operating systems across the property & monitoring of daily operations.
  • Provision of technical support to individuals and teams across the organisation.
  • Maintenance of IT devices and infrastructure.
  • Troubleshooting of issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain documentation relating to incident, service request, problem, and change management tickets, and customer communications.

You’ll have:

  • Relevant tertiary or certificate level qualification in IT.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to problem solve.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to analyse and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team approach but also works with initiative.
