We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology infrastructure and operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive technological advancements and ensure seamless operations

Role & responsibilities :

1. IT Infrastructure Management :

– Plan, implement, and maintain the hotel’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and telecommunications.

– Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of IT systems.

– Manage IT budget and procurement processes.

2. Technology Strategy :

– Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the hotel’s business objectives.

– Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.

– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

3. Project Management :

– Oversee IT-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

– Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

4. IT Support :

– Provide technical support to hotel staff and guests.

– Manage the IT support team and ensure timely resolution of IT issues.

– Develop and implement IT support procedures and documentation.

5. Data Security :

– Implement and maintain robust data security measures to protect sensitive guest and hotel information.

– Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

– Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

6. Team Management :

– Lead and develop the IT team.

– Set clear goals and performance expectations.

– Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

7. Preferred Candidate Profile :

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

– Strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, hardware, software.

– Proven ability to manage IT projects and budgets effectively.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desired Skills :

– Experience with property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality-specific software.

– Knowledge of cloud computing and visualization technologies.

– Experience in implementing IT systems in a multi-site environment.
