Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk/Response team member to provide exceptional support to our users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring that all requests are handled efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude to deliver high-quality service.

Duties

  • Create and document detailed problem descriptions and technical backgrounds for support tickets.
  • Prioritise and triage tickets based on urgency and importance, following the guidelines of the Response Team Board.
  • Deliver timely support and solutions to resolve technical issues as per ticket priority.
  • Maintain and update documentation to reflect changes in environments and evolving knowledge.

Skills

  • Proficient in help desk operations and technical support
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking principles
  • Experience in providing IT support for Windows environments
  • Exceptional planning and organisation skills.
  • High level written and documentation skills.

Desired:

  • MSP Help Desk or external provider experience
  • Windows experience
