3. Ability to liaise with external clients on all technical requirements.
4. Ability to work within a team environment but also alone.
5. A personable nature with the ability to relay information in person and over the phone.

Experience and/or Qualifications

1. Problem solving mindset
2. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware is required.
3. Specific experience in troubleshooting desktops/laptops, network equipment, servers, and printers/peripherals is required.
4. Minimum of 1-2 years of hardware troubleshooting experience is required.
