IT Executive / IT Network & System Support

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure Support 

· Maintain and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners, etc.) 

· Support network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, switches, routers, Wi-Fi 

· Ensure servers and data storage are running smoothly (file servers, domain controllers) 

2. System Administration 

· Manage user accounts, email, Active Directory, file permissions 

· Monitor IT security (antivirus, firewalls, data protection policies) 

· Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place 

3. Manufacturing/Production System Support 

· Provide technical support for MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP, or factory-specific systems 

Requirement 

· Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 

· 1–3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration
