Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION :
– Develop, own and execute roadmaps for and Data Center & Cloud services.
– Act as Subject Matter Expert for data center & cloud services
– Mentor, coach and develop local and operational IT teams about technology and IT standards.
– Develop, deploy and maintain IT Standard Operating Environment (SOE) consisting from hardware and software products and services.
– Maintain integrity and compliance of IT environment.
– Facilitate migrations, software rollouts and lifecycle replacements.
– Respond to Service Desk activities related to Infrastructure & Operations (including Incidents, Requests, Changes, Problems, etc.).
– Follow and support development of ITIL aligned pest practices and service management processes for Incident Management, Request Fulfilment, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc.
– Act as subject matter expert and escalation contact for Data Center & Cloud and End User Compute services.
– Resolve assigned tickets in timely and professional manner.
– Offer technical assistance and guidance to other members of the organization.
– Document all updates, changes and relevant information in corporate IT Service Management tool. Develop and implement policies and procedures.
– Identify, create, publish and communicate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for assigned technology areas.
– Develop, maintain and update documentation of architecture, IT products and services.
– Create and maintain Disaster Recovery plans for services owned and represented by assigned functions / technology domains.
– Cooperate with production teams to ensure secure and sustainable operation.
– Communicate and changes and / or updates of IT environment to management and employees in a timely manner.
– Project and demand management for Infrastructure & Operations.
– Lead, coordinate and execute technology demand and project portfolio for Data Center & Cloud
– Ensure delivery of all assigned initiatives. Manage resources, time, budget, benefit and risk. Address, mitigate and seek approval for any deviations.
– Develop and maintain project plans, project updates and related documentation.
– Communicate updates and report to steering committees in a timely manner.
– Identify, evaluate and request operational and investment budgets for assigned technology areas.
QUALIFICATIONS :
– Education Level : Bachelor degree or BS, Computer Science or related degree; alternatively equivalent working experience may qualify from Premier Institute such as IIT/NITs/BITS
– Education Program : Computer Science or related degree
– Professional Certifications : ITIL Foundation certification
– Experience Requirement : Minimum 10 years in similar function in global, multi-national enterprise
– Language Requirements : English; Spanish or Portuguese are a plus
