Key responsibilities

• Support reporting on IT service performance and trends
• Assist analysis of incident, request and asset data
• Maintain asset and configuration records within key systems
• Prepare dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with teams to improve data quality
• Contribute to continual improvement and compliance activities
