IT Coordinator – AI & Systems

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2 to 4 years’ experience who is confident working with modern technology and keen to take ownership of initiatives that improve the way people work.

Responsibilities:

• Driving the rollout and practical adoption of AI tools across the firm;
• Assisting in the delivery of AI and technology initiatives, including testing, implementation and continuous improvement;
• Providing hands-on guidance and training to staff on AI tools and system enhancements;
• Identifying and progressing opportunities to improve workflows and efficiencies through technology;
• Coordinating and delivering system improvements and technology initiatives across the firm; and
• Working with internal stakeholders and the firm’s external IT provider to support implementation of projects.
