The Role
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the frontline of delivering exceptional, client-centric IT support.

What you’ll do:
- Deliver comprehensive IT support that sets the benchmark for service excellence.
- Diagnose, prioritise, and resolve client issues with an understanding of business impact.
- Manage and update support tickets with professionalism and urgency.
- Deploy software and hardware solutions — remotely and on-site — that embody our “Make IT Simple” philosophy.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients across all channels.
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to our knowledge base.
