IT Analyst

Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES

• Evaluate current business processes and IT systems to identify areas for improvement in service delivery through IT solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Lead or assist in the rollout of new software applications, system upgrades, and migrations.
• Maintains and supports workstation, server, and network hardware and related systems.
• Create and maintain technical manuals, system configurations, and user guides for internal staff
• Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement and software licensing
• Remains informed of changing industry standards and best practices. Performs related duties.
  

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED BY THE POSITION

• Knowledge of software installation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic hardware installation techniques.
• Knowledge of the installation, maintenance and repair of a variety of peripheral devices
