Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in international markets
  • Introduce company services and solutions
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
  • Build relationships with prospects and handle initial inquiries professionally
  • Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in international calling, appointment setting, lead generation, telesales, or B2B sales
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Neutral to North American-style communication skills preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
