Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in international markets
- Introduce company services and solutions
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Build relationships with prospects and handle initial inquiries professionally
- Achieve weekly and monthly activity targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international calling, appointment setting, lead generation, telesales, or B2B sales
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Neutral to North American-style communication skills preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
