Internal Account Executive

About the Role

As an Internal Account Executive, you’ll play an important role in supporting and servicing a portfolio of commercial and Corporate insurance clients while working closely with experienced brokers and Account Executives. You’ll gain exposure to a diverse client base and develop your technical insurance knowledge while contributing to client retention, growth and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications
• Support credit management and maintain accurate client records
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
• Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction
