Interactive Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for an Interactive Designer who goes beyond static layouts and knows how to make digital experiences feel right. This role is for someone who thinks in motion, understands behavior as much as aesthetics, and thrives on designing intuitive, expressive interactions that guide users, reduce friction, and elevate product value. If you can turn a wireframe into a responsive narrative and a user flow into a tactile journey, we want to work with you.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience designing engaging, user-centric digital experiences that seamlessly blend aesthetics and functionality — not just pretty screens but purposeful interactions.
• Deep understanding of human-computer interaction principles and how to apply them creatively to anticipate user needs before they surface.
• Mastery of interactive design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, Framer) with a portfolio demonstrating projects where interaction design elevated the overall product experience.
• Ability to craft micro-interactions that guide users intuitively through complex workflows, reducing friction and increasing engagement.
• Strong foundation in animation principles and timing — not just adding movement, but designing interactions that feel natural and purposeful.
• Skilled at collaborating closely with UX researchers, product managers, and developers to translate user insights and technical constraints into innovative interaction solutions.
• Experience with prototyping tools that allow rapid iteration and testing of interaction concepts, validating design choices with real users.
• Comfortable working within brand guidelines while pushing boundaries to deliver fresh, memorable interaction patterns.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) enough to communicate effectively with developers and understand implementation challenges.
• Passionate about accessibility — designing interactions that are inclusive and performant across diverse devices and user abilities.
• A natural problem solver who thrives in ambiguity, capable of breaking down complex user journeys into clear, elegant interactive experiences.
• Constantly up-to-date with emerging trends in interaction design, ready to experiment and incorporate new techniques where appropriate.
