Job Description

We’re looking for an Interactive Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, user behavior, and technology. You’ll be responsible for crafting digital experiences that don’t just look good but engage users in meaningful ways—through seamless interactivity, intuitive navigation, and thoughtful feedback loops. This role demands a deep understanding of user psychology combined with the ability to prototype and iterate rapidly, collaborating closely with UX researchers, developers, and brand strategists to bring concepts to life that resonate on multiple devices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype dynamic, interactive user interfaces that anticipate user needs and promote engagement.
  • Translate complex workflows and data into clear, interactive visualizations and touchpoints that simplify user decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to align interactive elements with brand voice, technical feasibility, and business goals.
  • Conduct rapid usability testing on prototypes to gather actionable feedback and iterate on designs swiftly.
  • Stay ahead of emerging interaction design trends, tools, and technologies, evaluating their potential integration into projects.
  • Develop and maintain design systems focusing on interactivity, motion, and responsiveness.
  • Balance creativity with accessibility and performance constraints, ensuring interactive experiences are inclusive and efficient.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a closely related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in UX/UI or behavioral psychology are a strong plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience specifically in interaction design for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative, user-centric interactive solutions.
  • Proven expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, or similar prototyping software, with demonstrable skills in motion design and microinteractions.
  • Solid grounding in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript basics to effectively collaborate with front-end development teams.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, cognitive load management, and behavioral psychology applied to digital experiences.
  • Experience integrating data-driven insights into interactive design decisions.
  • Ability to communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and developers, balancing creativity with technical and business constraints.
