Inside Sales Representative

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supporting customers on any pre/ post-order requirement, acting as main point of contact between customer and other departments in Efinix.
• Cross check price on customer PO against the price quoted, agreed payment terms and other T&C.
• Timely confirmation of the order delivery date to customer after confirming the PO. Work with the internal planning team to pull-in delivery if customer requested date is not met.
• Support order pull-in/push-out, cancelling P/O, credit issues, RMA and product change notification ( PCN ) depends on customer requirement.
• Set up direct account for regional sales and work well with contract manufacturers as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase order.
• Assist in promotion programs and campaigns to generate more customers and increased sales in the assigned geographic territory and/or customer segment.
• Periodic monitoring and coordinating with manufacturers to meet stipulated shipment schedule for the orders.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, eCommerce, Information System, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• Min 5 years of experience in CRM, eCommerce / digital marketing or Inside Sales with semiconductor experience is preferable.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or distributor would be an advantage;
• Strong knowledge in ERP system, Microsoft Windows applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
• Work in a team environment sharing tasks, motivated self-starter, detail oriented, and positive attitude;
• Hours must be flexible to accommodate communication with European and US team.
