The Job

Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Inbox Manager to take ownership of our email communications. You will ensure timely, professional, and accurate responses across multiple inboxes while coordinating with internal teams to maintain a smooth information flow.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes daily
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Categorize and prioritize emails based on urgency and topic
  • Flag or escalate messages to relevant team members as needed
  • Maintain inbox cleanliness and implement organizational systems
  • Draft or proofread email templates for consistency and clarity
  • Generate weekly reports summarizing key communications or trends

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in email management or virtual assistance
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Gmail, Slack, and task/project platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
