ICT Support and Test Engineer nec

As an ICT Support and Test Engineers Nec you would develop procedures and strategies to support, create, maintain, and manage technical quality assurance processes and guidelines and systems infrastructure, investigate, analyse, and resolve system problems and performance issues, and test the behaviour, functionality, and integrity of systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer systems and networks.
• Providing technical support to users and ensuring the effective operation of hardware, software, and communication systems.
• Testing, diagnosing, and resolving defects in software applications and systems.
• Designing and implementing IT solutions to meet business needs and requirements.
• Monitoring and maintaining IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Collaborating with other ICT professionals to develop and implement new technologies and solutions.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the field to enhance knowledge and skills.

Skills Required:

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in IT highly regarded.
• Business orientation with strong IT background.
• 3+ years’ experience in development or Support in a Financial Services, bank, cards, payments or any other domain.
• Experience in java, springboot, microservices.
• Experience working with APIs and other technical solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Strong agile experience is highly desirable.
• Good experience working on cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP.
