About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Operations Officer to deliver high-quality end-user support within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys solving complex technical issues, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service particularly to executive stakeholders.

You’ll act as a key escalation point for Level 2 incidents, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on user experience.Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary escalation point for Level 2 incidents and requests
  • Take full ownership of complex or high-impact technical issues through to resolution
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting across desktops, applications, and endpoint technologies
  • Support video conferencing systems (Teams Rooms, AV setups, hybrid meetings)
  • Troubleshoot printing and MFD environments
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications and enterprise systems
  • Assist with cloud-integrated services, including Azure and identity management (Entra ID)

About You

You are a customer focused IT professional with strong technical capability and excellent communication skills. You bring a calm and professional approach, particularly when supporting senior stakeholders in high pressure environments.Required Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years’ experience in IT support (Service Desk / Desktop Support / similar)
  • Strong experience resolving Level 2 incidents in an enterprise environment
  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments
  • Experience supporting video conferencing and meeting room technologies
  • Experience with printing and MFD environments
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across desktop, applications, and connectivity

Desirable

  • Experience supporting executive or VIP users
  • Exposure to Intune, endpoint management, or application deployment
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g. PowerShell)
