ICT Data Analyst
Job Description
About the role:
A experienced Data Analyst to join our ICT team on a termed contract. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development of accurate and reliable data management generated by our business systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cleanse data extracts using MS Excel and other data remediation tools
- Support record updates, follow-ups, and administrative duties of our Power BI and SQL datasets
- Import and work with complex data sets (Excel to SQL and backwards)
- Contribute to the organisational data strategy and provide advice on implementing ICT digital and business systems
- Collaborate with business units and key stakeholders to analyse data needs and deliver analytics as needed
- Assist staff with remediating incorrect data and troubleshooting data-related system issues
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in computing, business, science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis
- Ability to be a leader in a key competency such as BABOK
- Change Management Skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
