HR Advisor (ER & IR Advisor)

Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing employee relations matters, including performance and conduct issues
• Providing HR advice and coaching to managers across the business
• Supporting industrial relations matters, including union discussions and negotiations
• Attending meetings with employees, managers and stakeholders as required
• Assisting leaders with HR best practice and employment legislation queries
• Partnering with key stakeholders to deliver consistent and commercially focused HR support

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience as an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, ER Advisor or IR Advisor
• Strong Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience
• Experience working within manufacturing, industrial, blue-collar or unionised environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running
• Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
