Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and convert new business opportunities within premium hotels, fine-dining restaurants, QSR chains, and corporate caterers.
- Key Account Management: Maintain and scale relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Managers, and Procurement Heads to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Execute monthly and quarterly sales targets through aggressive field visits, product demonstrations, and sampling sessions.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Receivables Management: Ensure timely collection of payments and manage the credit cycle effectively for assigned accounts.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 37 years of sales experience in HORECA, FMCG, food & beverage, or hospitality industries.
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development
