Key Responsibilities
A. Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a 3–5year technology roadmap aligned to business growth and margin improvement.
- Champion a shift to IT‑First Culture—build digital mindsets, technology adoption, and process automation across teams.
- Lead digital investments, innovation programs, and emerging tech pilots.
B. IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Governance
- Build resilient, scalable, secure IT landscape.
- Drive cloud-first infrastructure and data security frameworks.
- Establish IT governance, SOPs, and audit frameworks.
C. Enterprise Applications & Platforms
- Own lifecycle of ERP, HRMS, CRM, GL App, GL Website and platforms.
- Ensure integrations, data consistency, and user adoption.
D. Data, Analytics & Automation
- Build Data and BI strategy.
- Introduce automation (RPA, AI-enabled models).
- Deploy new technology solutions aligned with business needs.
E. Service Delivery & Operations
- Create partnerships and outsourcing models with strategic vendors who are responsible for final outputs with mutually beneficial long-term contracts with clear deliverables and SLAs.
- Create a strategy of “ Co-creation through user participation and strategic vendor involvement for end to end delivery” and thus creating a very minimal IT team for GL.
