Head of eComm & Digital Growth
Job Description
You’ll be building it.
Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll own the digital growth strategy and execution across eCommerce, marketplaces, CRM, paid media, retail media and customer acquisition.
You’ll combine commercial thinking, analytical rigour and entrepreneurial instinct to identify growth opportunities and turn them into scalable revenue streams.

What you’ll own…
- End-to-end eCommerce strategy and performance
- Customer acquisition across Meta, Google, influencers, affiliates and emerging channels
- CRM, retention, loyalty and lifecycle marketing
- Marketplace growth and trading performance
- Website optimisation, CRO and customer experience
- Growth reporting, dashboards and commercial insights
- Retail media strategy and investment
- Growth experimentation across offers, audiences, partnerships and creative execution
About You
You’re equal parts strategist and operator.
You have experience scaling a high-growth consumer brand and are comfortable moving between boardroom conversations, leading a high performing team and platform-level execution.
You thrive in ambiguity, love solving commercial challenges, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
You’ll likely bring…
- 10+ years’ experience across eCommerce, growth, performance marketing or related commercial roles
- A proven track record of growing consumer brands
- Strong understanding of unit economics, CAC, LTV, ROAS and conversion optimisation
- Experience leading teams and agency partners
- A data-led mindset with strong commercial judgement
- Exposure to international markets, with US experience highly regarded
