About the role

You’ll be a core part of a small, hands-on finance function, owning day-to-day accounting while contributing to IFRS reporting, audit and process improvement. It’s a broad role with real ownership – a strong fit for someone who wants their work to matter and enjoys building things properly rather than just closing the books.

What you’ll do

• Prepare annual financial statements under IFRS
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports under IFRS
• Support the external audit process
• Manage day-to-day invoicing, payments and payroll
• Prepare and submit tax declarations and Statistics Estonia reports
• Contribute to the optimisation and automation of our accounting processes

What we’re looking for

• Vocational or higher education in accounting
• Accuracy, structure and a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent command of Estonian
• Someone who’s comfortable in a fast-moving, growing company

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a financial-services company or with IFRS
