Hardware Technician

Job Description

Your duties will include:

1. Assess software and hardware needs to develop effective solutions
2. Provide technical support by responding to user inquiries and troubleshooting issues
3. Modify and customise existing programs to meet user requirements
4. Install, configure, and update relevant software applications
5. Optimise the performance and efficient use of systems and equipment
6. Set up and manage computer networks
7. Design, develop, and maintain websites
8. Diagnose and repair peripheral devices such as printers, terminals, and modems
9. Repair and maintain mobile phones

Requirements of position

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
