This position involves solving complex engineering challenges, making significant individual technical contributions, and guiding other engineers. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of complex digital hardware systems from concept through full product lifecycle
• Make significant hands-on technical contributions in high-speed digital and PCB design
• Drive architecture, design decisions, and technical direction for challenging hardware projects
• Develop detailed design specifications and documentation
• Mentor and guide junior engineers while fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• 8+ years of experience in digital hardware design and PCB design
• Proven experience designing complex digital hardware products across the entire product lifecycle, from concept through production
• Experience developing detailed technical specifications and design documentation
• Strong expertise in high-speed digital design
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineers
