Responsibilities

During this 3-month sprint, your main areas of work will include:

  • Brand Identity: Brainstorming and creating unique, scalable Logo designs and brand assets.
  • Product & Packaging: Designing sleek Product Designs and eye-catching Product Labels that stand out on shelves and screens.
  • Print Media: Conceptualizing and sketching layouts for comprehensive, clean, and engaging Product Catalogues.
  • Digital & Web: Designing intuitive, modern Website Pages (UI/UX layouts and visual banners).
  • Social Media: Creating high-impact Social Media Statics (posts, carousels, and stories) to drive audience engagement.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent self-taught portfolio).
  • Software Proficiency: Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma (for website layouts) is a big plus.
  • Design Sense: A solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and brand consistency.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to prepare print-ready files (bleed, CMYK) for labels/catalogues as well as optimized web assets (RGB).
  • Work Ethic: Highly self-motivated and disciplined enough to manage timelines in a remote working environment.
