Graphic Designer / Digital Asset Manager 

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Digital Asset Creation: Design high-performing visual assets for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, web banners, digital ads, promotional materials, and interactive content.
• Email & Web Design: Layout and design responsive email templates, campaign graphics, landing pages, and web components using Figma and Photoshop, ensuring optimal user experience (UX) and brand alignment.
• DAM System Management: Upload, tag, categorize, and archive digital assets within our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform (e.g., Brandfolder, Bynder, Canto). Maintain clear file structures, metadata tagging, and strict version control.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual collateral adheres to brand guidelines while maintaining quality across different digital platforms and devices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, copywriters, and marketing specialists to translate campaign goals into effective visual executions.
• Asset Optimization: Prepare and optimize images and graphical assets for web and email performance (balancing visual quality with fast load times and correct file specifications).

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4+ years of professional digital design experience within an in-house marketing team, agency, or similar setting.
• High proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, UI/web design workflows).
• High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (advanced image editing, retouching, compositing, and photo manipulation).
• Familiarity with Illustrator or InDesign is a plus.
• DAM Experience: Hands-on experience working with enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms or cloud asset management systems. Understanding of metadata tagging, taxonomy, and rights management.
• Web & Email Standards: Strong understanding of web design best practices, UI/UX principles, mobile responsiveness, and email design constraints
