Role Overview

This role uniquely blends the creative vision and campaign execution of a Creative Studio Designer with the technical precision and production expertise of a Finished Artist. You will be responsible for developing engaging, on-brand visual content and ensuring all creative assets are production-ready, supporting Future Golf’s marketing and brand initiatives across a variety of channels….We seek a multi-skilled designer to elevate our brand and marketing output across digital, including EDMs, social, web and digital advertising campaign channels. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically help to develop the Future Golf Visual Strategy to help Future Golf showcase a vibrant, modern, inclusive and social community of Golf. 
  • Conceptualise, design, and produce high-impact visual assets for campaigns, digital platforms, print collateral, social media, event materials, and member communications.
  • Conceptualise or take initial creative concepts through to final artwork, ensuring all files meet technical specifications to meet campaign deliverables. 
  • Maintain and champion the Future Golf brand style guide, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual communications.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate briefs and campaign objectives.
  • Conduct quality control checks, proofread text, and review all design elements for accuracy and brand alignment before release or print.
  • Liaise with printers, suppliers, and external partners to ensure smooth production and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Organise, archive, and maintain an efficient digital asset management system for all creative files.
  • Stay updated on design trends, production techniques, and software advancements to continually enhance creative output.
  • Design, build, and optimize on-brand EDM templates and assets in collaboration with the CRM team, ensuring responsive layouts, accessibility, and high engagement.
  • Apply best practices in email design to support acquisition, retention, and member engagement campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the CRM and Marketing teams to design and deliver visually compelling EDMs, in-app campaigns, and lifecycle communication journeys.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in a combined creative and finished art/design production role, preferably within a marketing or agency environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and strong technical knowledge of print and digital production workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, error-free artwork on deadline, with meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of brand stewardship
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both creative design and finished art/production work
  • Experience designing for email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor), with understanding of responsive email design principles and constraints.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in sports, lifestyle, or membership-based brands.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media content creation. Animation or motion graphics is a real plus. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email layout troubleshooting is a plus.
