Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, paid advertisements, email marketing, Amazon listings, and website assets
- Develop and adapt packaging designs, labels, and artwork systems
- Create brand collaterals such as brochures, presentations, event materials, and retail display assets
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
- Prepare production-ready, digital-first design files
- Contribute to campaign ideation and overall visual direction
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to convert strategy into compelling visual communication
Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Visual Communication
- Preference for candidates from NID / NIFT undergraduate programs
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity systems
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience creating Amazon assets such as product listings and A+ content
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and file management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
