Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality creatives for social media, paid advertisements, email marketing, Amazon listings, and website assets
  • Develop and adapt packaging designs, labels, and artwork systems
  • Create brand collaterals such as brochures, presentations, event materials, and retail display assets
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints
  • Prepare production-ready, digital-first design files
  • Contribute to campaign ideation and overall visual direction
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to convert strategy into compelling visual communication

Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Visual Communication
  • Preference for candidates from NID / NIFT undergraduate programs
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand identity systems
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience creating Amazon assets such as product listings and A+ content
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and file management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
