Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand identity — our visual system, guidelines, and consistent application across every channel.
  • Web design — marketing site, landing pages, and conversion-focused experiences.
  • Campaign creative — paid ads, organic social, email, blog, and YouTube graphics and thumbnails.
  • Sales presentations — pitch decks and executive-level narrative design.
  • Sales enablement — one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates, and battle cards.
  • Print and digital collateral — brochures, whitepapers, reports, e-books, and guides.
  • Event graphics — booth design, signage, banners, and on-site branded materials.
  • Swag and merchandise — apparel and promotional product design.
  • Template systems — reusable Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint templates that keep non-designers on-brand.
  • Design ops — asset library organization, file management, and creative request intake.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Partner with marketing, content, and sales to turn briefs into visual assets that move the metric — not just look good.
  • Own projects end to end: concept, creative direction, execution, revisions, and final delivery.
  • Work alongside copywriters so words and visuals land as one message.
  • Juggle multiple projects at once and hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Take feedback well, iterate fast, and push back with a point of view when it makes the work better.
  • Use AI tools to move faster and explore more directions — then apply your judgment to pick the right one.
  • Keep files, assets, and archives organized so anything can be found and reused in seconds.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • A strong portfolio showing your range and thought process across digital and print assets
  • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
  • Illustration ability — you can create original visuals, not only assemble existing ones
  • Command of the fundamentals — typography, color, composition, and layout
  • Web design experience — you understand responsive layouts and how design affects conversion
  • Hands-on AI experience or real enthusiasm to learn — you see it as leverage, not a threat
  • Clear communication and the ability to work well across teams
  • Strong self-management — you prioritize, plan, and deliver without being chased
