Job Description

Responsibilities

Design high-quality social media creatives and campaign assets.

Create statics for performance marketing campaigns.

Design banners and creatives for websites and marketplaces.

Work extensively on packaging design and branding elements.

Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Deliver a minimum output of 9–10 statics per day while maintaining quality.

Collaborate with internal teams and take ownership of projects from concept to execution.

Work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and proactively solve problems.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of full-time experience in Graphic Design (internships excluded).

Prior experience working with D2C brands.

Experience working with D2C Wellness/FMCG brands is highly preferred.

Mandatory understanding of:

Packaging Design

Performance Marketing Ads

Website Design

Social Media Creatives

Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and AI-powered design tools.

Strong understanding of typography, layouts, branding, and visual aesthetics.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

High ownership mindset with the ability to deliver without extensive hand-holding.

Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and figuring things out independently.

Willingness to work hard with full dedication and take complete ownership of work.
